The provider will contact you to talk through the problem. Most will want to inspect your home first. After that, you should get a written quote that spells out the treatment and the price.
You Stay in Charge
Sending a request does not mean you must hire anyone. Read the quote. Ask questions. Compare it with another one if you like. If it does not feel right, you can simply say no.
